Responsibilities include:

1. Assisting the pharmacist in pharmacy practice under supervision, in accordance with regulations and company policies.
2. Using pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information, process prescriptions, and coaching pharmacy technicians if PTCB certified.
3. Delivering a distinctive and delightful customer experience by engaging customers, resolving issues, and developing strong customer relationships.
4. Supporting pharmacy operations including prescription filling, inventory management, and administrative duties.
5. Assisting in clinical services and maintaining good relationships with healthcare providers.
6. Participating in training and personal development to maintain certification and skills.

Qualifications include:

• Fluency in English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Preferred experience in retail and prior Walgreens employment, good math and computer skills, and PTCB certification.
