Baystate Health in Springfield, MA is seeking a Certified Pharmacy Technician to assist under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist in preparing, dispensing, and storing medications for Baystate Medical Center and Baystate Health System.

Requires High School Diploma and at least 2 years of pharmacy experience, with Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification preferred. Compensation is hourly, with a pay range of $23.46–$31.91 per hour.

Responsabilidades

• Follow pharmacist directions and workflow to prepare patient-specific orders.
• Accurately count, label, and dispense prescriptions for pharmacist review.
• Operate automated dispensing machines and pharmacy computer systems; manage inventory and duties.
• Assist in billing insurance and processing new/refill prescriptions.
• Provide customer service within the department and communicate with health care team.
