• Good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• GED or HiSET is required.

Responsabilités

• Distributive Pharmacy Services: support central pharmacy drug distribution and automated dispensing systems (carousel, Pyxis).
• Ensure medication safety through high-risk/high-alert medication handling and error prevention.
• Maintain relationships with the healthcare team; triage orders, prioritize and notify pharmacists.
• Participate in staff development, performance evaluations, and onboarding of new staff.
• Adhere to attendance policy and participate in continuous education for sterile and hazardous compounding (USP 797/800).
• Support oncology patient care in acute and outpatient settings.
