Job summary

Life Time Inc. in Massachusetts is seeking a Personal Trainer to design and deliver customized training programs, helping members reach their fitness goals while educating on core health concepts. This role emphasizes frequent member contact and adherence to Life Time's Core 3 Brand and Philosophy.

You will conduct fitness assessments, set goals, maintain client records, and promote training services. This hourly position offers base pay with possible commissions and a full benefits package for

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of personal training experience.
• Certified Personal Trainer with CPR and AED.
• Knowledge of fitness, cardiovascular training, nutrition and program design.
• Ability to perform sustained aerobic activity and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Develops safe, professional and comprehensive personal training programs to motivate clients.
• Instructs clients on cardiovascular, flexibility and strength training equipment usage.
• Educates members on current health and fitness issues and trends.
• Conducts fitness consultations including pre-participation screening and goal setting.
• Promotes and sells personal training programs and services.
