Job summary

Life Time, Inc. is seeking a Personal Trainer to deliver personal training services, onboarding sessions and complimentary services to members. You will schedule records and focus on Core 3 brand philosophy while educating members in Core 3. You’ll train clients, conduct consultations and promote training programs in a member-facing role.

The role emphasizes maintaining certifications, contributing to member satisfaction, and adhering to SOPs within Life Time facilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of personal training experience.
• Certified personal Trainer credential.
• CPR and AED certification.
• Knowledge of fitness, cardiovascular training, nutrition and program design.
• Ability to perform aerobic activity for class duration and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Develops safe, professional, exciting and comprehensive personal training programs to motivate clients toward goals.
• Monitors and instructs clients on safe use of cardio, flexibility and strength equipment.
• Educates members on current health and fitness issues and trends.
• Conducts fitness consultations including pre-participation screening, medical history, lifestyle questionnaire and goal setting.
• Promotes and sells personal training programs and services.
• Completes all administrative requirements for each client’s fitness plan.
• Remains current on certifications and industry trends.
