Life Time is seeking a dedicated Personal Trainer to support members in championing happier, healthier lives by building relationships and delivering an educational, supportive experience that upholds the Life Time Brand.

You will develop safe, professional training programs, guide clients through cardio, strength, and flexibility work, perform fitness consultations, promote services, and maintain certifications while delivering exceptional customer service on the gym floor.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of personal training experience preferred.
• Certified personal Trainer and CPR/AED certification required or in process.

Responsibilities

• Develops safe, professional, and comprehensive client programs that drive client goal achievement and retention.
• Monitors and instructs clients during personal training sessions on safe use of cardio, flexibility and strength equipment.
• Reads, watches, and engages in all required training associated with the role.
• Conducts fitness consultations for new clients including pre-participation screening, Medical History, Lifestyle questionnaire, and goal setting.
• Provides fitness floor assistance to all members to ensure safety, education and motivation.
• Fulfills member service requirements such as fitness assessments, desk duties and equipment cleaning.
• Promotes and sells personal training programs and services.
• Completes all administrative requirements associated with each client's fitness plan.
• Remains current on certifications and trends in the industry.
• Delivers superior customer service and programming to keep members engaged.
