Life Time Inc. is seeking a motivated Personal Trainer to support members in achieving happier, healthier lives through education, safety, and programs tailored to individual goals.

You will develop safe, comprehensive training plans, supervise sessions, conduct fitness consultations, and promote personal training services while ensuring excellent member experience and adherence to Life Time standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of personal training experience.
• Certified personal Trainer.
• CPR and AED Certification.
• Knowledge of fitness, cardiovascular training, nutrition and program design.
• Ability to perform aerobic activity and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Develops safe, professional client programs to drive goal achievement and retention.
• Monitors and instructs clients on safe use of cardio, flexibility and strength equipment.
• Reads, watches, and engages in required role training.
• Conducts fitness consultations including pre-participation screening and goal setting.
• Provides fitness floor assistance to ensure safety, educate, and motivate members.
• Fulfills member service requirements such as assessments and equipment operations.
• Promotes and sells personal training programs and services.
• Completes administrative requirements for each client’s fitness plan.
