On-site role emphasizing customer service, program design, and continuous learning within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of personal training experience.
• Certified personal Trainer with CPR and AED certification.
• Knowledge of fitness, nutrition and program design.
• Ability to coach clients safely and motivate.
• Strong customer service and documentation habits.

Responsibilities

• Develops safe, professional, and comprehensive client programs.
• Instructs clients on safe use of training equipment during sessions.
• Conducts fitness consultations including pre-participation screening.
• Provides fitness floor assistance and motivates members.
• Promotes and sells personal training programs and services.
• Completes administrative requirements for each client’s plan.
• Keeps up-to-date on certifications and industry trends.
• Documents all aspects of client programming.
