Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Personal Trainer to support all members in championing happier, healthier lives by building and nurturing relationships. You will provide an educational, supportive member experience and uphold the Life Time Brand.

You will develop client programs, monitor sessions, conduct consultations, promote training services, and stay current with credentials to advance in the levels program.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year of personal training experience.
• Certified personal Trainer.
• CPR and AED Certified.
• Knowledge of fitness, cardiovascular training, nutrition and program design.
• Ability to perform an aerobic activity for the duration of a class and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Develops safe, professional, and comprehensive client programs that drive goal achievement and retention.
• Instructs clients on safe and effective use of cardio, flexibility and strength equipment.
• Conducts fitness consultations including pre-participation screening and goal setting.
• Provides fitness floor assistance to ensure safety, education, and motivation.
• Promotes and sells personal training programs and services.
• Completes administrative requirements for each client’s fitness plan.
• Remains current on certifications and industry trends.
• Delivers superior customer service and engaging programming.
