Job summary

GOLFTEC Jersey City is seeking a Certified Personal Coach to join a national coaching team recognized for excellence in golf instruction. The role combines classroom GTU training with hands-on practice at our Jersey City center, using top-tier technology to drive student improvement.

You will lead personalized lessons, integrate TECFIT club fitting, and deliver comprehensive coaching programs that support players of all levels.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in golf instruction or club fitting is preferred.
• PGA/LPGA affiliation is a plus.
• Graduation from a PGM program is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Graduate from GOLFTEC University and complete GTU training.
• Use the best technology to help players improve.
• Create and tailor lesson plans for varying skill levels.
• Provide TECFIT Club Fitting and other golf instruction services.
• Deliver a high-quality experience inside and outside training bays.
• Operate TECSWING teaching software and Optimotion technology.
• Maintain the Training Center environment and equipment.
• Support opening/closing duties and participate in ongoing education.
