Job summary

GOLFTEC Folsom is seeking a Certified Personal Coach to join a team of nationally recognized golf professionals. You will be part of GOLFTEC University training, learn from top instructors, and help students improve using advanced technology and data-driven feedback.

Responsibilities include completing GTU training, delivering customized lessons, and offering TECFIT club fitting, outdoor and short-game sessions while maintaining a high-quality student experience at the Training Center.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in golf instruction or club fitting preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Affiliation with PGA/LPGA a plus
• Graduation from a PGM program a plus

Responsibilities

• Graduate from GOLFTEC University and complete GTU training
• Utilize technology to help people play better golf
• Create lesson plans and deliver TECFIT Club Fitting, outdoor playing, short game lessons, and more
• Provide high-quality experiences for students inside and outside training bays
• Maintain training center equipment and environment
• Perform daily opening & closing functions
• Engage in continuing education and team collaboration
• Adhere to GOLFTEC’s core values
