Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and CPSS status.
• Must attest to remission or recovery with no abuse for at least one year.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive services to Genesee Health System clients in housing, entitlements, skill building and peer support.
• Coordinate liaison with family, agencies, guardians and natural supports.
• Partner with clients to increase community inclusion, independence and productivity.
