Chimes is seeking a Warmline Peer Specialist to provide direct non-crisis supportive conversation to callers nationwide. You will make and receive phone calls and provide peer support and resources as needed, coordinating with county crisis services when necessary.
On-site schedule includes several evening/weekend shifts; pay rate is $18/hour. Requires High School Diploma and Peer Specialist Certification, plus Act 33/34 clearances.

It is the responsibility of the Warmline Peer Specialist to provide direct non-crisis supportive conversation and listening to callers from around the nation. Warmline Peer Specialists make and receive phone calls and will also provide peer support and resources as needed during these calls. They will work together with the county crisis services, when necessary, as well.
Program: Valley Creek Crisis Center - Warmline ( On-site)
Pay Rate: $18/hour
Must have a Peer Specialist Certification.
Pennsylvania Act 33 & 34 clearance FBI Clearance. Verification that the employee is not on any Medicaid/Medicare Exclusion list
Note: At the discretion of the Personnel Officer, additional related experience and/or education may be substituted instead of the requirements specified under Education and Experience
