Job summary

Holcomb Behavioral Health Systems - A Chimes Company, located in Exton, PA, is seeking a Full-Time Peer Specialist to provide peer support within a Community-Based Services program. The role runs Monday through Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, offering $18.00+ per hour and opportunities to build relationships with individuals and families.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Associate’s Degree with at least 1 year of experience in a human services‑related field.
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.
• Certified Peer Specialist Training or Peer Specialist Certification (Required).
• PA Criminal Clearance, PA Child Abuse Clearance, FBI Fingerprint Clearance, Valid Driver’s License, and not listed on Medicaid/Medicare Exclusion lists.

• Works alongside clinicians and community providers to share insights and promote coordinated, person-centered care.
• Helps reduce isolation by connecting people to groups, resources, and community activities.
