• Lived experience with mental illness and justice involvement.
• Proficiency in reading, writing and documentation.
• Ability to follow policies and maintain confidentiality.
• Team player with reliable attendance.

Responsabilidades

• Assist reentrants with developing individualized reentry plans.
• Provide information on mental health services and recovery resources.
• Promote WRAP planning and recovery goals with peers.
• Share personal recovery experiences to inspire peers.
• Assist with problem solving for reintegration into the community.
• Advise on housing, employment, education, transportation, and health resources.
