Merakey is seeking a Certified Peer Specialist to join our Colmar, PA team. You will use lived experience to support individuals on their mental health recovery journey in a community-based setting.

The role involves empowering clients, coordinating recovery plans, and connecting them with resources, with a Monday–Friday, 9:00 am–5:00 pm schedule and mileage reimbursement for travel to homes and community locations.

Qualifikationen

• Requires CPS certification through Pennsylvania Certification Board.
• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Mon-Fri 9:00 am - 5:00 pm schedule; reliable transportation required.

Aufgaben

• Empower individuals to direct their recovery and build essential skills.
• Educate participants on service options and connect to resources.
• Coordinate and document progress, including Individualized Recovery Plans.
• Re-engage individuals who have discontinued services, including outreach.
