Job summary

Telecare Corporation is seeking a Peer Recovery Coach I to engage, inspire, and facilitate conversations that help members explore and meet their recovery goals. Shifts available: Full-Time, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM, Wed–Sat.

Pay: $21.00–$23.24 per hour, with geographic differentials based on location and experience. Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, Medi-Cal Peer Support Specialist Certification within 120 days of hire, Peer Certification, one year of behavioral health experience, and a

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Medi-Cal Peer Support Specialist Certification within 120 days of hire.
• Peer Certification must be obtained prior to hire and maintained.
• One year or part-time equivalent of experience with behavioral health challenges.
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Engages, inspires, and facilitates conversations to help members meet recovery goals.
• Promotes Telecare's Recovery Culture through RCCS within services and self-help programming.
• Responds to critical situations with de-escalation skills to support a least restrictive environment.
