Job summary

Banner Health is seeking a Certified Patient Care Assistant (PCA) for the Perianesthesia department at BUMC Phoenix. The role covers preoperative and postoperative patient care, data collection, and supporting the nursing team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities and promote patient health.
• Collect vital signs and input/output data per policy.
• Report abnormalities to a licensed professional.
• Assist with procedures and provide supplies to staff.
• Perform receptionist/clerical duties to support operations.
• Maintain inventory of medical and office supplies.
• Transport patients when needed and participate in room turnover.
• Provide strong customer service to patients, families, and staff.
