Responsibilities

• Evaluates and submits all Certified Payroll to ensure compliance with labor laws and payroll regulations.
• Supports and resolves labor compliance discrepancies to avoid penalties.
• Corresponds with subcontractors, vendors, project owners and PMs to support inquiries or issues with Certified Payrolls.
• Supports project management staff with Certified Payroll inquiries to resolve inquiries.
• Reviews project contract specifications to ensure Payroll process complies with requirements.

Overview Do you have strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset? As a Certified Payroll Specialist, you will review and evaluate all certified payroll and ensure compliance with labor laws. Your role will involve managing certified payroll reports, collaborating with project managers to address any payroll-related issues and ensuring that all aspects of payroll compliance are meticulously handled. You will collaborate with industry experts and committed teams who value individuality and recognize achievements. Join the $4.6B SR 400 Express Lanes project in Atlanta- one of the largest roadway projects in the United States- delivered through a public-private partnership led by FlatironDragados and ACCIONA. This landmark infrastructure program includes the design, construction, and long-term operation and maintenance of the corridor over 50 years, transforming a critical transportation route and supporting mobility in one of the nation's fastest-growing regions.

What you will be doing

• Evaluates and submits all Certified Payroll through Company tracking tool to ensure compliance with labor laws and payroll regulations.
• Supports and resolves labor compliance discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner to avoid penalties for payroll or reporting non-compliance.
• Corresponds with subcontractors, vendors, project owners and project management team to support inquiries or issues with their Certified Payrolls to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
• Supports project management staff with Certified Payroll inquiries to efficiently and effectively resolve inquiries or issues.
• Reviews project contract specification documentation to ensure Certified Payroll process conforms to contract requirements.

What we are looking for

• Associate's Degree in a related field preferred.
• 2+ years construction administrative experience preferred.

• Ability to learn quickly and work under pressure; self-starter; must take personal initiative and willingly assume responsibility and ownership.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
