Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, submit, track, and maintain certified payroll reports for multiple projects.
• Monitor reporting schedules and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Resolve payroll discrepancies in coordination with Payroll Manager and project personnel.
• Maintain organized payroll files, wage determinations, and classifications.
• Coordinate with project managers and departments to obtain accurate data for reporting.
• Cross-train on payroll processes to provide coverage during absences.
