Job summary

Winland Foods is seeking a Certified Packaging Team Member for the 2nd shift Jelly/Salsa at our Buckner, KY facility. You will operate packaging equipment, perform changeovers, and ensure proper labeling and packaging while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include recording shipments in SAP, inspecting products, and supporting 5S and training activities. Prior packaging experience and forklift certification are preferred; physical requirements include lifting up to 50

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Forklift certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on feet most of shift.
• English communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Operate basic packaging machinery and maintain flow.
• Perform changeovers and address issues quickly.
• Record shipments and quality results in SAP.
• Inspect labeling and packaging for accuracy.
• Follow GMP, HACCP, SQF, and FSMA standards.
• Support 5S and colleague training as needed.
