• Observe and document patients' responses to therapy and report progress to supervising OT.
• Provide education to patients and families on home exercises and adaptive techniques.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Support OTs in evaluating patient needs and progress with observations.
