Job summary

Trilogy Health Services is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) in Westfield, IN. You will work under an Occupational Therapist to provide therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment.

Must have OTA licensure and CPR certification (preferred). Degree in OTA from an accredited program is required with 0–1 years of experience. Benefits include weekly pay, health and retirement options, and student loan support.

Qualifications

• Must hold and maintain a current OTA license or certification.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Education: OTA degree from an accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Assist in carrying out treatment plans developed by occupational therapists, including exercises and ADL training.
• Help patients with exercises and adaptive techniques to improve independence.
• Document patient responses, progress, and report to the supervising therapist.
• Educate patients and families on home exercises and strategies to support progress.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team for comprehensive care.
• Support therapists in evaluating needs and progress with observations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
