Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to work under the direction of an Occupational Therapist at Morrison Woods Health Campus in Muncie, Indiana. You will provide therapeutic interventions, document progress, and support patients and families in home exercise programs.

This position requires OTA licensure, CPR (preferred), and a degree from an accredited OTA program.

Qualifications

• Must have OTA licensure or certification
• CPR certification preferred
• Graduate of an accredited OTA program

Responsabilités

• Assist in carrying out treatment plans developed by occupational therapists, including therapeutic exercises, ADL training, and other interventions.
• Help patients with exercises, activities, and adaptive techniques to improve functional abilities and independence.
• Observe and maintain up-to-date documentation of patients' responses to therapy and report progress to the supervising OT.
• Provide education to patients and families on home exercises and adaptive techniques.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Support OTs in evaluating patient needs and progress with additional observations.
• Other duties as assigned.
