Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a Licensed Therapy Assistant to join our home-based care team. You will administer therapy services, support patients and families, and follow the physician's orders and the plan of care in the home setting.

The role requires graduation from an approved clinical education program, current state licensure, CPR certification, and at least one year of licensed therapy assistant experience, with reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of clinical education.
• Must be licensed in the state where they currently practice.
• At least one year experience as a licensed therapy assistant.
• Basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.

Responsibilities

• Administer therapy services to patients requiring intermittent professional services.
• Teach the patient, family, and other members of the health care team.
• Perform services in accordance with physician orders and the established plan of care (POC).
