Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice seeks a licensed Therapy Assistant to provide intermittent professional services to patients in the home setting. You will work under physician orders and the established plan of care, teaching patients and families as part of the care team.

Qualifications include state licensure, graduation from an approved clinical education program, and at least one year of therapy assistant experience, with strong technology skills and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school of clinical education.
• Must be licensed in the state where they currently practice.
• Must have at least one year experience as a licensed therapy assistant.

Responsibilities

• Administer therapy services to patients requiring intermittent professional services.
• Teach the patient, family, and other members of the health care team.
