Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a licensed therapy assistant to provide intermittent professional therapy services in a home health setting. You will educate patients and families and collaborate with the health care team to follow the plan of care prescribed by the physician.

The role requires licensure in the practicing state and at least one year of experience as a licensed therapy assistant, with reliable transportation and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Graduate of approved school of clinical education.
• Licensed to practice in the state where they currently practice.
• At least one year of experience as a licensed therapy assistant.
• Basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.

Responsibilities

• Administer therapy services to patients requiring intermittent professional services.
• Teach the patient, family, and other members of the health care team.
• Perform services in accordance with the physician’s orders and the established plan of care (POC).
