Job summary

TriHealth is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for the PACE of Cincinnati program in Norwood, OH. You will deliver occupational therapy services under supervision, focusing on mobility and functional independence for elderly participants.

The role requires an OTA degree and up to 1 year of experience, with EHR documentation and patient education. Travel to home visits and coordination with the care team may be involved; BLS is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Occupational Therapy Assisting required.
• Up to 1 year of experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• Experience with frail or elderly populations preferred or training provided.

Responsibilities

• Promote and provide occupational therapy services under supervision.
• Perform therapy procedures and educate participants and caregivers.
• Document care in the PACE EHR per regulations and policy.
• Assist participants with devices/equipment and home safety training.
