Qualifications

• Travel required to other campus locations and home health assignments (<10%).

Responsibilities

• Provides therapeutic interventions as directed by the occupational therapist across campus locations, home health, and outpatient care.
• Evaluates patient response to treatment and provides feedback to the team.
• Documents patient care progress and continuing need for treatment.
