Job summary

Symbria’s Rehab Team at University Place in West Lafayette, IN seeks a per diem Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) with weekday and weekend availability. You will assist the OT in goal-setting and treatment plan execution for geriatric residents in senior-living and post-acute settings.

You will contribute to patient outcomes, maintain required documentation, and collaborate as part of an interdisciplinary team in a company with ESOP ownership.

Qualifications

• Be a graduate of an accredited school for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants.
• Hold a valid state license.
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
• Experience in acute care or long-term care is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Occupational Therapist to establish goals and execute treatment plans.
• Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation.
• Help patients achieve meaningful outcomes while partnering with the community.

Are you a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) with a desire to impact the lives of the older adult population? If so, our Rehab Team at University Place in West Lafayette, IN has a per diem (PRN) opportunity available.

Looking for weekday and weekend availability!

Responsibilities

As a PRN Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA), you will work closely with the Occupational Therapist to establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be required to maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation. More importantly, you will help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.

Qualifications

• Be a graduate of an accredited school for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants.
• Hold a valid state license.
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
• It’s great to have had acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience but not always required!
