Job summary

Symbria's Rehab Team in West Lafayette, IN is seeking an Occupational Therapist to support patient-centered care at University Place. This PRN role offers weekend coverage and works with an interdisciplinary team to help older adults live safer, more independent lives.

You will establish goals, creatively execute treatment plans with supervision of Occupational Therapy Assistants, maintain productivity and complete required documentation while making meaningful contributions to the geriatric

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school for Occupational Therapists.
• Hold a valid state license.
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
• Acute care / long-term care or rehabilitation experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Establish goals and execute treatment plans with supervision of OTAs.
• Maintain productivity standards and complete documentation.
• Help patients achieve outcomes and serve as a trusted community partner.

Are you an Occupational Therapist (OT) who is passionate about helping older adults live safer, more independent lives? If so, our Rehab Team in West Lafayette, IN is seeking its next PRN employee-owner team member to support patient-centered care at University Place. Weekend coverage needed!

Responsibilities

As a PRN Occupational Therapist (OT), you will establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans along with supervision of the Occupational Therapist Assistants. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be required to maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation. More importantly, you will help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.

Qualifications

• Be a graduate of an accredited school for Occupational Therapists.
• Hold a valid state license.
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
• It’s great to have had acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience but not always required!
