Flexibility to work weekends and varied hours is required. The role emphasizes documentation, productivity standards, and providing compassionate care in a community-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants.
• Hold a valid state license.
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
• Experience in acute, long-term care and/or rehabilitation is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the OT in establishing goals and executing treatment plans.
• Maintain productivity and complete required documentation.
• Serve as a trusted partner to patients and the community served.

Responsibilities

As a PRN Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA), you will work closely with the Occupational Therapist to establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be required to maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation. More importantly, you will help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.
