Symbria Rehab – Employee-Owned & Driven by Passion! Plum Creek Chicago in Chicago, IL is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to join our team PRN. You’ll work with Occupational Therapists to create personalized treatment plans that help residents regain independence.

New grads are welcome. You’ll document progress, uphold productivity standards, collaborate with a compassionate team, and grow your career in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Holds a valid or pending state license (New grads welcome!).
• Experience in acute care, long-term care, or rehab is great—but not required!

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Help patients regain mobility, strength, and independence in daily tasks.
