Job summary

Symbria in Peoria, IL is seeking a PRN Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to support the geriatric population in our senior-living and post-acute settings. You will work closely with the Occupational Therapist to establish goals, implement treatment plans, and document patient progress, while helping the team meet productivity standards.

This role offers per diem hours with weekend flexibility and an employee-owned ESOP culture.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants.
• Hold a valid state license.
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
• Experience in acute care/long-term care/rehabilitation is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation.

Are you a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) with a desire to impact the lives of the older adult population? If so, our Rehab Team at Lutheran Hillside Village in Peoria, IL has a per diem (PRN) opportunity available.

Responsibilities

As a PRN Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA), you will work closely with the Occupational Therapist to establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be required to maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation. More importantly, you will help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.

Qualifications

• Be a graduate of an accredited school for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants.
• Hold a valid state license.
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
• It’s great to have had acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience but not always required!
