Job summary

Symbria is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a per diem (PRN) position in Glen Carbon, IL. You will collaborate with the Occupational Therapist to implement treatment plans and contribute to patient-focused geriatric care in senior‑living and post‑acute settings.

• Work closely with the Occupational Therapist to establish appropriate goals and creatively execute treatment plans.
• Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation as a member of the interdisciplinary team.
• Help patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community served.
