Job summary

Your Health in Gainesville, GA is seeking a Primary Care Occupational Therapy Assistant to support licensed physical therapists in delivering patient care in patients' homes within the designated service area. This is a full-time, salary-based role focused on compassionate, high-quality care.

The successful candidate will hold an OTA degree, be licensed, have CPR, a valid driver's license, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Must have an Associate degree in an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• CPR certification.
• Previous experience in home health or similar setting preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed physical therapists in delivering patient care.

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Primary Care Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic team and serve our patients in Gainesville. As a valuable member of our healthcare staff, you will assist licensed physical therapists in delivering exceptional care to our patients. This position offers a unique opportunity to impact lives.

This position will complete visits in patients' homes through the designated service area.

This is a full-time, salary-based position.

Scheduling Options

• Monday‑Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM and one weekend a month
• Monday‑Sunday 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, 7 days on/7 days off
