Your Health Organization is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team and serve Savannah patients with compassionate home health visits.

You will assist licensed physical therapists in delivering high-quality care to homebound clients across the designated service area, focusing on recovery and functional outcomes.

The role offers weekday hours, a supportive team, and opportunities for professional growth within a patient-centered urgent care family.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited OTA program.
• Current state licensure as an OTA.
• Experience in home health or similar setting preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed physical therapists in delivering patient care.
• Complete visits in patients' homes within the designated service area.
• Support comprehensive primary care and home health services as part of the care team.
• Engage with patients and families to ensure understanding of treatment plans.

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Primary Care Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic team and service our Savannah patients. As a valuable member of our healthcare staff, you will play a crucial role in assisting our licensed physical therapists in delivering exceptional care to our patients. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals recovering from injuries or illnesses.

This position would complete visits in patients' homes thought the designated service area.

• Monday-Friday (8:00AM-5:00PM)
• Monday-Sunday (7:00AM-7:00PM) 7days on, 7 days off
