Job summary

Your Health Organization is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our expanding team. You will support licensed physical therapists and deliver high-quality care to patients in their homes within our service area in Georgia and surrounding regions.

This role involves planning and conducting visits from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, coordinating with facilities and families, and ensuring compassionate, patient‑centered care.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• Experience in home health or similar setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed physical therapists in delivering patient care.
• Complete home visits within the designated service area.
• Collaborate with facilities and families to provide coordinated care.

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Primary Care Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic team and service our Savannah patients. As a valuable member of our healthcare staff, you will play a crucial role in assisting our licensed physical therapists in delivering exceptional care to our patients. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals recovering from injuries or illnesses.

This position would complete visits in patients' homes thought the designated service area.

• Monday-Friday (8:00AM-5:00PM)
• Monday-Sunday (7:00AM-7:00PM) 7days on, 7 days off
