Your Health Organization in Georgia is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to support our licensed therapists and deliver high-quality care to patients in their homes. You will join a growing urgent care family and help patients recover from injuries or illnesses.

The role involves home visits across the Savannah area, Monday-Friday schedule with possible extended hours; valid OTA license, associate degree, and reliable transportation are required; prior home health experience is

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• Previous home health or similar setting experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Complete visits in patients' homes within the designated service area.
• Assist licensed therapists in delivering patient care and documenting progress.
• Collaborate with facilities, families, and care teams to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain professional standards and adhere to regulatory guidelines.

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Primary Care Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic team and service our Savannah patients. As a valuable member of our healthcare staff, you will play a crucial role in assisting our licensed physical therapists in delivering exceptional care to our patients. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals recovering from injuries or illnesses.

This position would complete visits in patients' homes thought the designated service area.

• Monday-Friday (8:00AM-5:00PM)
• Monday-Sunday (7:00AM-7:00PM) 7days on, 7 days off
