Job summary

Your Health is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to support our growing urgent care family in the Aiken area. You will assist licensed physical therapists in delivering high-quality care to homebound patients during visits in patients’ homes within our service area.

The role is full-time, salary-based, with visits Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, across Aiken, North Augusta, and Edgefield. Prior home health experience and valid driver’s license are preferred.

Qualifications

OTA associate degree from an accredited program.
Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
CPR certification required.
Driver's license and reliable transportation.
Experience in home health or similar setting preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Assist licensed physical therapists in delivering care.
Complete visits in patients' homes within the designated service area.
Support care delivery for homebound patients in our service area.
Collaborate with facilities, families, and care teams to ensure quality care.

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Primary Care Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic team and service our Aiken patients. As a valuable member of our healthcare staff, you will play a crucial role in assisting our licensed physical therapists in delivering exceptional care to our patients. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals recovering from injuries or illnesses.

This position would complete visits in patients' homes thought the designated service area.

This is a full-time, salary-based position working Monday-Friday (8:00AM-5:00PM)
