Job summary

Your Health is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our growing team and service Savannah and surrounding areas.

You will assist licensed physical therapists in delivering high-quality care to homebound patients and complete visits in patients’ homes within the designated service area.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• Experience in home health or similar setting preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Complete visits in patients' homes within the designated service area.
• Assist licensed physical therapists in delivering patient care.
• Support care in facilities, homes, and clinics as needed.

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Primary Care Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic team and service our Savannah patients. As a valuable member of our healthcare staff, you will play a crucial role in assisting our licensed physical therapists in delivering exceptional care to our patients. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals recovering from injuries or illnesses.

This position would complete visits in patients' homes thought the designated service area.

• Monday-Friday (8:00AM-5:00PM)
• Monday-Sunday (7:00AM-7:00PM) 7days on, 7 days off
