Qualifications

• Must hold a valid state license/registration as a COTA.
• Experience providing comprehensive treatment under OT supervision.
• Experience in long-term or geriatric care preferred but not required.
• Strong documentation skills and ability to record progress.
• Collaborates across disciplines to deliver patient-centered care.

Responsabilités

• Carry out best practice treatments under the supervision of the OT.
• Provide treatment aligned with goals developed by the OT.
• Document patient progress through weekly progress notes.
• Maintain timely documentation and professional communication.
• Support and perform duties assigned by the Director of Rehabilitation.
