Job summary

Green Hills Center for Rehabilitation and Healing seeks a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to deliver high-quality therapy under supervision of an OT. You will implement treatment plans and document patient progress in a long-term/geriatric setting.

The ideal candidate holds a valid COTA license/registration, demonstrates excellent documentation, punctuality and professional communication. Experience in long-term care is preferred; you will report to the Director of Rehabilitation.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid COTA license/registration for the state of practice.
• Provide comprehensive treatment to residents under supervision of an OT.
• Experience in long-term/geriatric care is preferred but not required.
• Strong documentation and weekly progress notes.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to deliver patient-centered care.
• Demonstrate professionalism and timely attendance.

Responsibilities

• Carry out best practice treatments under OT supervision.
• Provide treatment aligned with goals developed by the OT.
• Provide feedback to supervising OT via documentation.
• Document patient progress on weekly progress notes.
• Report to the Director of Rehabilitation as required.
