Trinity Community at Fairborn in Fairborn, OH is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to join our Rehab Team. The role supports the Occupational Therapist to develop goals and implement treatment plans for older adults. You will contribute to productivity, documentation, and care outcomes.

This opportunity emphasizes teamwork with an interdisciplinary group and a commitment to community well-being, with flexible hours and weekends as needed.

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited school for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA).
• Hold a valid state license.
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
• Experience in acute care, long-term care, and/or rehabilitation is helpful but not required.

Overview

Are you a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) with a desire to impact the lives of the older adult population? If so, our Rehab Team at Trinity Community at Fairborn in Fairborn, OH has a full-time opportunity available.

Responsibilities

As a PRN Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA), you will work closely with the Occupational Therapist to establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be required to maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation. More importantly, you will help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.

Qualifications

• Be a graduate of an accredited school for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants.
• Hold a valid state license.
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
• It’s great to have had acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience but not always required!
