Job summary

Life Enriching Communities is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) on a PRN basis at Wesley Ridge in Reynoldsburg, OH. You will support residents with therapy planning, progress evaluation, and activities designed to promote independence, while maintaining accurate records and collaborating with a compassionate team.

Ideal candidates hold an Ohio OTA license, have related experience, and are committed to delivering exceptional patient care in a senior living setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Current Ohio OTA license.
• 1–2 years of related experience preferred.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Completing and maintaining patient records, including evaluating and detailing resident progress.
• Planning, organizing, and conducting occupational therapy progress.
• Testing and evaluating residents' physical and mental abilities and analyzing medical data to determine realistic rehabilitation goals for residents.
• Planning and implementing programs and social activities to help patients learn skills and adjust to handicaps.
