Location: Cathedral Health Care Center - Jasper, IN
Schedule: PRN (As Needed)

Cathedral Health Care Center is hiring a compassionate and dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our rehabilitation team in Jasper, IN. This flexible PRN opportunity is ideal for a skilled clinician who enjoys helping residents improve their independence, functional abilities, and quality of life in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

What You'll Do:

• Assist with implementing individualized occupational therapy treatment plans under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist

• Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions to improve residents' strength, coordination, mobility, and ability to perform daily activities

• Monitor and document resident progress and communicate changes with the Occupational Therapist and interdisciplinary care team

• Educate residents and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and strategies to promote continued progress and independence

• Maintain accurate documentation and follow all clinical, facility, and regulatory standards

Qualifications:

• Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) certification

• Active COTA license in the state of Indiana

• Current BLS certification

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative rehabilitation team
