Job summary

Manderley Health Care Center in Indiana is seeking a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our in-house therapy team. You will provide weekday coverage and vacation coverage as needed in a supportive skilled nursing environment.

The role emphasizes collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, documenting treatments, and helping residents improve mobility and independence. Valid Indiana COTA license is required; SNF experience and familiarity with Net Health or PCC are

Manderley Health Care Center | Indiana License Required

Manderley Health Care Center is seeking a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our in-house therapy team. This position provides weekday PRN coverage, including vacation coverage as needed, in a supportive skilled nursing environment.

Schedule

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments and interventions under the direction of the Occupational Therapist

• Assist residents in improving functional mobility and independence with daily activities

Qualifications

• Prior skilled nursing facility (SNF) or long-term care experience strongly preferred
