Rehab at Home is hiring Home Care Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) to join our clinician-owned team. You will provide direct patient care under the supervision of an OTR, focusing on pediatric patients with opportunities to address geriatric cases.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an associate’s degree or higher from an accredited program certified by AOTA/ACOTE.
• Texas license as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).
• Valid Texas Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient treatment directed by the supervising OTR, including pediatric cases.
• Follow goals set by the supervising OTR and implement a treatment plan.
• Deliver care to both pediatric and geriatric patients as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide patient treatment directed by the respective OTR, which includes:

• Mostly pediatrics including some geriatric patients
• Follow goals set by supervising OTR.
• Provide a treatment plan set in place by supervising OTR.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education:

• Graduate of an associate's degree or higher from an accredited program certified by the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) or the Accreditation Council for Occupational Therapy Education (ACOTE)
• State of Texas License as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
• Valid Texas Driver’s License

Experience:

• No prior experience is required; we welcome candidates eager to learn!
