Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follow goals set by the supervising OTR and implement a treatment plan
• Maintain patient progress notes and collaborate with the care team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mostly pediatrics including some geriatric patients
• Follow goals set by supervising OTR.
• Provide a treatment plan set in place by supervising OTR.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education:

• Graduate of an associate's degree or higher from an accredited program certified by the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) or the Accreditation Council for Occupational Therapy Education (ACOTE)
• State of Texas License as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
• Valid Texas Driver’s License
