Job summary

St. Johnsbury Center for Living and Rehabilitation seeks a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our rehabilitation team in St. Johnsbury, VT.

You will work under an Occupational Therapist to develop individualized plans enhancing independence and daily function, while addressing cognitive, motor, and sensory needs. Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, implementing therapy programs, educating families, coordinating with the care team, and keeping detailed progress
